I founded Evinco Strategies at 27 years old, breaking into a toxic, patriarchal industry run by people 2-3 times my age and scaled the company to 16 employees across 7 states. I've structured the company to win and make consistent movement building progress without churning and burning my team with the traditional toxic politics hustle culture. We've worked on local and state races across the country, bringing significant infrastructure to first time candidates and grassroots efforts led by people of diverse backgrounds, a majority of whom have been women.
